The literature festival SmåLit was a huge success, with well over 3000 visitors. My half-hour haiku lecture had an audience of some 60 persons, with many people standing as seats were full. As there was no time for questions, many came to our table in the exhibition to ask questions about haiku and buy books. The interest in japane short form poetry was huge!
Litteraturfestivalen SmåLit blev en stor succé, med väl över 300 besökare. Mitt seminarium om haiku fick en publik på runt 60 personer, med många stående lyssnare, eftersom stolarna tog slut. Eftersom det inte fanns tid för frågestund kom många till vårt bord i utställningen för att ställa frågor om haiku och köpa böcker. Intresset för japansk kortpoesi var enormt!
