Honourable Mention in the 69th Matsuo Basho Festival Haiku Awards in Iga

I received an Honorable mention in the 69th anniversary of honorable Basho Awards 2015, by the City of Iga, popularly called the Matsuo Basho Festival haiku contest. It was awarded on October 12th during a celebration of Matsuo Bashos birthday.
He is Japans most famous haiku poet and lived 1644-1694, during the Edo-period in Japan. He is the founder of haiku, or hokku, as it was then called. I am honoured to be mentioned in his awards.
